Housing and Meal Plan (Hillsboro Campus Only)

Information below is for the fall or spring semesters:

Fees

  • Processing Fee..............................................................................$50.00
  • Room Deposit.............................................................................$250.00
  • Room Charge (per semester)........................................................$425.00
  • Meal Plan (per semester)...........................................................$1,500.00
    • All residents must purchase the meal plan. 

The meal plan includes 19 meals per week (Monday through Friday - breakfast, lunch, dinner; Saturday & Sunday -  brunch and dinner).

Fees are subject to change without notice.

 

Room Deposit Refund

  • The room deposit of $250.00 is refundable upon written request
  • ANY outstanding balance due to Hill College will be deducted from this deposit including, but not limited to: damages to the room, charges for failing to follow policies, library fines, and tuition
  • Residents have 90 days from the day they vacate the residence hall to request return of the $250 deposit
  • Refunds will be issued by direct deposit to the student's Rowdy Card bank account or other designated direct deposit bank account.

 

Withdrawal

No refunds will be issued for the room charge.  The meal portion of the cost will be refunded based on the amount paid to date and the remaining days left in the semester.
