Continuing Education

Mission and Purpose

The mission of the Continuing Education (CE) Office is to advance individual, community, and workforce development through curriculum and training which result in personal and professional enrichment.

Admission/Registration

Registration for all CE courses requires a completed Continuing Education Registration Form.  Hill College has an “open door” admissions policy, which ensures that everyone who can profit from a college education has an opportunity to enroll.   When applicable, courses may have additional registration requirements that need to be met in order to comply with a certifying agency or a funding source.

Registration may be completed by visiting the Cleburne campus location, Room 116 of the Administration Building. Payment is due at time of registration.

Spring and Fall Semester
Monday – Thursday:  8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday:  8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Summer
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Closed on Fridays

Refund Policy

Refund Procedure (effective 9/1/2015): For classes/programs cancelled by the college: 100 percent refund. For student drops of individual classes:100 percent if Drop Form is received by CWE two or more business days prior to class start, No refunds thereafter. For student drops of programs requiring multiple course enrollments: 100 percent on all classes if the Drop Form is received two or more business days prior to the start of the first class. After the start of the first class, no refund on the first class; 75 percent refund on any remaining classes in the program, provided the Drop Form is received on or before the third meeting day of the first class.
