WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST ABOUT HILL COLLEGE?
I love Hill College. We are community minded and it feels like home to me. This is my family.
WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR JOB?
The heart is an amazing organ! Ultrasound is more than just scanning babies. As an echocardiographer, we are able to assist the cardiologist in identifying abnormalities. We play a part in helping patients and preventing cardiac disease in America. This is important work.
HOBBIES OR INTERESTS OUTSIDE OF WORK:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Food, family and friends are what make me happy! I also paint when I have the time and maybe a trip to King Spa!!
WHO IS YOUR HERO AND WHY?
There is more than one actually. My heroes are the strong women in my family. My co-workers (you know who you are) are all great women who do impeccable things. My mom and sister-in-law give me inspiration to be the person I want to be and still make a difference in the world. My great aunt is a retired school teacher. She is over 80 years old and still traveling the world. This gives me hope!
