Facilities

AUTHORIZATION OF USE:
Prior to utilizing or advertising the use of Hill College facilities, an individual or organization must complete the Facility Use Agreement with the Facilities Coordinator and pay any fees required.

KEYS:
On the last business day prior to the day of use, the user may pick up keys to the facility (if necessary) from the Facilities Coordinator. At the conclusion of use, the user shall re-lock the doors. The keys must be returned to the Facilities Coordinator on the next business day following the use of the facility.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG USE:
The use, sale of, and presence of alcohol and/or drugs on Hill College is strictly prohibited.

TOBACCO USE:
The use of tobacco products in college facilities and vehicles is prohibited. Smoking and use of tobacco products are allowed only outside of college buildings.

CLEANING:
The user is responsible for cleaning the Hill College facility used. The user is also responsible for restoring the facility and surrounding area to its condition prior to the activity. Should the user choose, Hill College will provide the maintenance/janitorial for an additional service fee.

HOURS OF USAGE:
Hill College facilities shall be available for activities daily with times being flexible.

DAMAGE:
Repair or replacement costs from damage to Hill College facilities shall be the responsibilities of the user.
