Hill College values all that employees do in making this an outstanding institution. Many of you go above and beyond in demonstrating our core values in support of our vision and our mission. In an effort to provide increased recognition and visibility of your hard work, we have developed four separate Champion awards. Each quarter, one Champion award will be presented to a nominated employee exhibiting exemplary service in support of Hill College.

- Mission Champion – This award will be given to an employee demonstrating excellence in carrying out our College mission. Nominations will be reviewed from September 1st – November 29th and the recipient will be announced in December.
- Core Value Champion – This award will be given to an employee who consistently demonstrates our core values of integrity, educational excellence, student success, respect, enthusiasm, and collaboration. Nominations will be reviewed from December 1st – February 29th and the recipient will be announced in March.
- Vision Champion – This award will be given to an employee who embodies the vision of Hill College to 1) grow Hill College as the college of choice, 2) showcase Hill College as a unique, innovative institution of teaching and learning, and 3) promote student success. Nominations will be reviewed from March 1st – May 31st and the recipient will be announced in June.
- Wild Card Champion – This award will be given to an employee demonstrating excellence in carrying out the college mission, vision, and/or core values. Nominations will be reviewed from June 1st – August 31st and the recipient will be announced in September.
