Transcript Request
Official transcripts are free of charge. The link to the online form is provided at the bottom of this page. For additional assistance, please call Student Information Services at 254.659.7600.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Full legal name
- Full Hill College student ID number
- Date of birth
- Current email address
- Current mailing address
- Current phone number
- Send Transcript to:
- Yourself - please enter your full name and mailing address.
- College/University - please enter the full name of the college/university and the mailing address.
- Others - please enter the full name and mailing address of the business or other entity you want to receive your transcript.
- Special Instructions - check the box that is applicable or you may skip.
- We have provided a list of common requests, such as holding for final grades. Check the "other" box if you need to provide additional details.
- If you have a cover sheet that needs to be attached to your transcript, you will be able to upload the cover sheet in the online request form. If you did not upload cover sheet, you will need to send the cover sheet as a PDF attachment to admissions@hillcollege.edu with the "Transcript Request Attachment" as the subject line.
If you have multiple places to send your transcript, submit a separate transcript request form for each one.
